The Yemeni Political Council confirms Yemen’s rejection of any fragmented solutions or agreements
At a meeting headed by President Mahdi al-Mashat, the Supreme Political Council on Thursday confirmed that the Republic of Yemen rejects any fragmented solutions or agreements.
The Council expressed surprise at the Saudi-led aggression coalition’s claim that it made the ceasefire initiative, while escalating hostilities at the same time, with the aim of misleading the public opinion and covering up its crimes that violate international provisions and norms.
In its meeting, the Council reviewed the military developments on the combat fronts, as well as the initial report on the level of achievement in the first phase plan of the national vision for building the modern Yemeni state for the first quarter of 2020.
The Council also touched on the damages recently caused by the heavy rains in all governorates, urging the local authorities to continue providing the necessary assistance to the affected people.
