Tons of rotten food belonging to WFP destructed in Ibb
The branch of the Yemeni Authority for Standardization, Metrology, and Quality Control, in cooperation with the Security Department of Ibb governorate and the Public Funds Investigation, destroyed 37 tons of spoiled food, including 35 tons of food for children granted by the World Food Program.
During the destruction process, that happened in the presence of the Director of the Public Funds Investigation, Colonel Abd al-Wasea Allow, the governor of the province for industry and trade affairs, Qasim Al-Musawa, praised the efforts made by the authority’s branch in the governorate to protect consumers, urging the concerned authorities to intensify control on local markets to control violations and refer them to the competent authorities.
In his turn, the Assistant Director of Security, Colonel, Ameen Wajih al-Dein, praised the security efforts made by security men and members of Najda police in controlling the locomotive at one of the entrances to the province.
The Colonel stressed the continuation and continuation of individuals and officers in Ibb security administration to maintain security and stability and thwart all the conspiracies waged by the brutal US-Saudi aggression, including the introduction of corrupt materials to increase the suffering, stressing that the security men stand to face all those who tamper and saboteurs who want to harm the citizen and the homeland.
